As you all know, I have been writing an article for The List since January and I always try and write about the relevant topic for that issue.  Well this issue it was about running…..yes! for all of you that know me well, you can stop laughing now…..Yes, I might play netball (GK – with the least amount of running needed on the court) and I do love hiking but running…….hmmmmm………not my forte!  I did however reach out to the team and the runners of JLL for their thoughts.  I will admit though the I love running title might be a little bit rich!

Don’t forget the sunscreen and the water though, whether you are walking or running!
